Terms and Conditions

coinfiliate provides a browser-based affiliate rewards service that allows users to discover participating merchants and activate eligible cashback or reward offers.

When a qualifying purchase is tracked, approved, and confirmed by the relevant merchant or affiliate network, coinfiliate may provide the user with a reward. Where available, rewards may be paid in supported digital assets such as USDC or SOL, depending on availability, user eligibility, wallet compatibility, and applicable law.

coinfiliate is not a bank, investment platform, financial adviser, exchange, broker, custodian, money transmitter, payment institution, electronic money issuer, or stored value provider. coinfiliate does not provide financial, tax, legal, or investment advice.

In these Terms:

• "User", "you", or "your" means any person who accesses or uses coinfiliate.
• "coinfiliate", "we", "us", or "our" means coinfiliate LLC and its related services.
• "Merchant" means a third-party online store, brand, platform, or service provider participating directly or indirectly in an affiliate or reward offer.
• "Affiliate Network" means a third-party tracking, attribution, or affiliate platform that validates transactions and commissions.
• "Qualifying Purchase" means a purchase that meets all applicable tracking, merchant, affiliate network, and coinfiliate requirements.
• "Pending Reward" means an estimated reward that has been tracked but not yet confirmed.
• "Confirmed Reward" means a reward that has been approved by the merchant or affiliate network and accepted by coinfiliate for payout, subject to final checks.
• "Rejected Reward" means a reward that has been declined, reversed, cancelled, or deemed ineligible.
• "Digital Asset" means a blockchain-based asset supported by coinfiliate for rewards, such as USDC or SOL.
• "Wallet" means a blockchain wallet address provided by you to receive supported digital asset rewards.
• "Extension" means the coinfiliate browser extension.

To use coinfiliate, you must:

• be at least 18 years old;
• have legal capacity to enter into these Terms;
• provide accurate and complete account information;
• comply with all applicable laws in your country of residence;
• not be located in, resident of, or subject to sanctions in any restricted jurisdiction;
• not be prohibited from using crypto-related, affiliate, cashback, or rewards services;
• not use coinfiliate for fraudulent, abusive, misleading, or unlawful purposes.

We may refuse, restrict, suspend, or terminate access if we believe you are not eligible or if your use creates legal, regulatory, fraud, security, or reputational risk.

You may need to create an account to use certain coinfiliate features. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

You must not create multiple accounts to abuse rewards, referral bonuses, merchant offers, creator campaigns, cashback eligibility, or payout limits.

We may request additional information to verify your identity, location, eligibility, wallet ownership, transaction activity, tax status, or compliance status before releasing rewards.

Failure to provide requested information may result in delayed, reduced, suspended, or cancelled rewards.

The coinfiliate browser extension may notify you when a merchant offer is available and may allow you to activate eligible rewards before making a purchase.

To provide the service, the Extension may process certain information, including:

• the merchant domain you are visiting;
• offer availability;
• activation status;
• tracking and attribution data;
• transaction confirmation signals;
• referral or campaign identifiers;
• technical browser and device information needed for the service.

The Extension may interact with merchant websites only to the extent needed to display offers, activate tracking, and support reward attribution.

coinfiliate does not use the Extension to read your passwords, private keys, banking credentials, personal messages, or payment card details. coinfiliate does not make purchases on your behalf and does not control merchant checkout pages.

Your use of the Extension may also be subject to the rules of the relevant browser provider, extension store, or app marketplace.

To receive a reward, you may need to actively click, activate, or enable the offer through coinfiliate before completing your purchase.

Rewards are not guaranteed simply because you visited a merchant website or installed the Extension.

Tracking may fail or become invalid due to:

• ad blockers or privacy settings;
• disabled cookies or tracking restrictions;
• VPNs, proxies, or unsupported locations;
• use of another cashback, coupon, rewards, or affiliate extension;
• use of merchant apps instead of the activated browser session;
• opening multiple tabs or switching browsers/devices;
• applying unsupported coupon codes;
• merchant restrictions;
• browser or network errors;
• affiliate network errors;
• delayed or missing merchant reporting.

coinfiliate is not responsible for tracking failures outside our reasonable control.

A purchase qualifies for a reward only if all applicable conditions are met.

Unless otherwise stated, a Qualifying Purchase generally requires that:

• you are logged into your coinfiliate account;
• the offer is available in your country or region;
• you activate the offer before checkout;
• the purchase is completed during the eligible tracking session;
• the merchant or affiliate network attributes the purchase to coinfiliate;
• the order is not cancelled, refunded, returned, disputed, or charged back;
• the transaction complies with merchant, affiliate network, and coinfiliate rules.

Certain purchases or amounts may be excluded from rewards, including:

• taxes;
• shipping fees;
• gift cards;
• subscriptions;
• recurring payments;
• purchases made with unsupported coupons;
• purchases made through another affiliate link;
• wholesale, resale, or business purchases;
• restricted products or services;
• purchases made in unsupported countries;
• transactions flagged as suspicious or abusive.

Merchant offers, reward rates, eligible categories, and exclusions may change at any time without notice.

Rewards shown in coinfiliate are estimates until fully confirmed.

A reward may appear as:

• Pending: The purchase has been tracked but not yet approved.
• Confirmed: The merchant or affiliate network has approved the transaction and coinfiliate has accepted it for payout, subject to final checks.
• Rejected: The transaction was declined, reversed, cancelled, returned, refunded, not attributed to coinfiliate, or otherwise ineligible.

Pending Rewards are estimates only and do not represent money, stored value, deposits, electronic money, or an immediately payable balance. A reward becomes eligible for payout only after the relevant merchant or affiliate network has confirmed the transaction, the applicable return or cancellation period has passed, and coinfiliate has completed any required fraud, compliance, wallet, or eligibility checks.

Merchant confirmation may take approximately 60 to 120 days, but actual timing may vary.

Pending Rewards may expire if they are not confirmed by the relevant merchant or affiliate network within 180 days from the purchase date.

A reward may be rejected, reduced, delayed, reversed, or cancelled if:

• the purchase is cancelled, refunded, returned, disputed, or charged back;
• the merchant or affiliate network rejects the transaction;
• the transaction is attributed to another affiliate, coupon site, browser extension, or partner;
• the transaction violates merchant terms;
• the user used unsupported coupons or discount codes;
• fraud, abuse, self-dealing, or suspicious activity is detected;
• required verification or compliance checks are not completed;
• the user is located in a restricted jurisdiction;
• payout would violate applicable law, regulation, sanctions, or platform rules;
• coinfiliate does not receive the related commission.

If a reward has already been paid and is later reversed by the merchant or affiliate network, coinfiliate may deduct the reversed amount from future rewards, suspend further payouts, or request repayment where legally permitted.

coinfiliate may allow eligible users to receive Confirmed Rewards through supported payout methods.

Where crypto payouts are available, rewards may be paid in supported Digital Assets on supported blockchain networks.

Payouts may be subject to:

• minimum payout thresholds;
• payout schedules;
• wallet verification;
• identity, fraud, sanctions, or compliance checks;
• network availability;
• blockchain transaction fees;
• merchant confirmation periods;
• geographic restrictions;
• technical limitations.

coinfiliate may set or change payout thresholds, supported assets, supported networks, and payout schedules at any time.

Confirmed Rewards may expire if you do not provide valid payout details or complete required verification within 180 days after the reward becomes Confirmed, where permitted by applicable law.

If a payout fails because of incorrect, incomplete, unsupported, or outdated payout details, coinfiliate may notify you and request updated payout details. If you do not provide valid updated payout details within 90 days of notice, the relevant reward may expire, where permitted by applicable law.

If a payout fails due to an incorrect wallet address, unsupported network, incompatible wallet, blockchain issue, or user error, coinfiliate is not responsible for any resulting loss.

You are solely responsible for providing a correct, compatible, and accessible wallet address.

You understand and agree that:

• blockchain transactions may be irreversible;
• sending Digital Assets to the wrong address may result in permanent loss;
• coinfiliate cannot recover assets sent to an incorrect wallet;
• you are responsible for securing your wallet, private keys, seed phrases, and access credentials;
• coinfiliate will never ask for your private key or seed phrase;
• coinfiliate is not responsible for wallet hacks, lost keys, failed wallet providers, or blockchain network issues.

We may refuse to process a payout if we believe the wallet address is suspicious, restricted, sanctioned, technically incompatible, or otherwise high risk.

Digital Assets may be volatile, experimental, subject to technical failures, and affected by legal or regulatory changes.

You understand that:

• the value of Digital Assets may increase or decrease;
• stablecoins may lose their peg;
• blockchain networks may experience congestion, downtime, forks, exploits, or failures;
• transaction fees may vary;
• regulatory treatment may change;
• Digital Assets may not be legal or supported in all jurisdictions.

Rewards are not investment products. Nothing in coinfiliate should be treated as financial, legal, tax, or investment advice.

coinfiliate may change, suspend, or discontinue crypto reward options at any time for legal, regulatory, technical, commercial, or compliance reasons.

coinfiliate does not hold user funds as a bank, wallet provider, custodian, payment institution, electronic money issuer, or stored value provider.

Pending Rewards and displayed reward estimates are not deposits, stored value, electronic money, financial instruments, securities, or guaranteed payment obligations.

A reward is only payable if it becomes a Confirmed Reward and all payout conditions are satisfied.

If you believe a reward is missing, you may contact coinfiliate support.

Missing reward claims must be submitted within 60 days from the purchase date. Claims submitted after this period may not be reviewed.

You may be required to provide:

• merchant name;
• purchase date;
• order number;
• order value;
• screenshots or confirmation emails;
• activated offer details;
• wallet or account details;
• any other information reasonably requested.

coinfiliate may attempt to investigate missing rewards but cannot guarantee recovery. Merchant and affiliate network attribution decisions may be final.

coinfiliate may offer referral links, creator codes, ambassador campaigns, or promotional programs.

Referral or creator rewards are only payable for valid, eligible users and qualifying activity.

We may reject, reduce, delay, or reverse referral rewards in cases of:

• self-referral;
• fake accounts;
• duplicate accounts;
• misleading promotion;
• spam;
• paid traffic abuse;
• bot traffic;
• incentivized signups not approved by coinfiliate;
• trademark bidding;
• impersonation;
• prohibited content;
• violation of platform rules;
• violation of applicable advertising laws.

Creators, influencers, and affiliates must clearly disclose their relationship with coinfiliate where required by law or platform rules. Disclosures must be clear, visible, and understandable to the audience.

coinfiliate may suspend or terminate any referral or creator program at any time.

Purchases are made directly with the merchant, not with coinfiliate.

The merchant is responsible for:

• product information;
• prices;
• checkout;
• payment processing;
• fulfillment;
• delivery;
• returns;
• refunds;
• warranties;
• customer service;
• order disputes.

Your use of merchant websites, affiliate networks, browser stores, wallets, blockchains, authentication tools, and other third-party services is subject to their own terms and policies.

coinfiliate is not responsible for third-party products, services, websites, platforms, decisions, or failures.

You must not:

• commit fraud or attempt to manipulate tracking;
• create fake purchases, fake clicks, or fake accounts;
• use bots, scripts, automation, scraping, or click farms;
• abuse coupons, refunds, returns, or chargebacks;
• use multiple accounts to claim rewards;
• interfere with the Extension or platform;
• reverse engineer, copy, modify, or exploit coinfiliate software;
• use coinfiliate for illegal transactions;
• misrepresent your identity, location, wallet, or eligibility;
• promote coinfiliate using misleading, deceptive, or unlawful claims;
• impersonate coinfiliate, merchants, creators, or other users;
• use coinfiliate in a way that harms users, merchants, partners, affiliate networks, or coinfiliate.

We may suspend rewards, withhold payouts, close accounts, block wallets, and report unlawful activity where appropriate.

You are solely responsible for determining and paying any taxes, duties, reporting obligations, or other charges arising from rewards received through coinfiliate.

Rewards may be taxable in your jurisdiction.

coinfiliate does not provide tax advice and is not responsible for your personal tax reporting.

Our collection and use of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

coinfiliate may use cookies, tracking technologies, affiliate links, referral identifiers, and similar technologies to provide the service, activate offers, attribute purchases, prevent fraud, and measure performance.

Where required by law, we will request your consent for certain cookies or tracking technologies.

By using coinfiliate, you agree that we may process your data as described in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

You agree that coinfiliate may contact you through email, website notices, extension notifications, account messages, or other reasonable communication channels.

These communications may include:

• account notices;
• reward status updates;
• payout updates;
• security alerts;
• offer notifications;
• policy updates;
• support messages;
• promotional communications, where permitted.

You may opt out of non-essential marketing communications where required by law.

coinfiliate, including its name, logo, website, Extension, software, designs, content, text, graphics, data, interfaces, and technology, is owned by coinfiliate or its licensors.

You may not copy, reproduce, sell, modify, distribute, scrape, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit any part of coinfiliate without our prior written permission.

Using coinfiliate does not give you ownership of any coinfiliate intellectual property.

We aim to keep coinfiliate available and functioning, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

We may update, suspend, limit, modify, or discontinue any feature at any time.

We are not responsible for:

• outages;
• delays;
• tracking failures;
• merchant reporting failures;
• affiliate network errors;
• wallet provider issues;
• blockchain congestion;
• failed blockchain transactions;
• browser store restrictions;
• force majeure events;
• technical issues outside our reasonable control.

coinfiliate is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

We do not guarantee that:

• rewards will always be available;
• every purchase will track correctly;
• merchant offers will remain unchanged;
• reward rates will remain the same;
• crypto rewards will be available in all countries;
• payouts will always be available immediately;
• the service will be error-free or uninterrupted;
• third-party services will perform as expected.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, coinfiliate excludes all liability arising out of or in connection with your use of the service, including liability for failed tracking, rejected rewards, delayed rewards, failed payouts, loss of Digital Assets, wallet errors, blockchain issues, merchant decisions, affiliate network decisions, loss of profits, loss of opportunity, loss of data, business interruption, or any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages.

coinfiliate does not accept liability for any loss caused by third-party merchants, affiliate networks, browser providers, wallet providers, blockchain networks, payment providers, or other third-party services.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury where applicable, or mandatory consumer rights.

Where coinfiliate's liability cannot legally be excluded, coinfiliate's total aggregate liability for all claims relating to the service shall be limited to USD 100.

coinfiliate's obligation to pay rewards is limited to Confirmed Rewards that are validly owed to you under these Terms. Pending Rewards, estimated rewards, Rejected Rewards, reversed rewards, and rewards not approved by the relevant merchant or affiliate network are not payable obligations of coinfiliate.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless coinfiliate, its directors, officers, employees, contractors, partners, and affiliates from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from:

• your use of coinfiliate;
• your breach of these Terms;
• your violation of law;
• your misuse of rewards, referrals, creator links, or wallet payouts;
• your content, promotions, or public claims about coinfiliate;
• your fraud, negligence, or misconduct.

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your account, access, rewards, referrals, creator participation, or payouts if we believe that:

• you violated these Terms;
• you abused the service;
• you created legal, fraud, compliance, security, or reputational risk;
• your account or wallet is suspicious;
• required verification is not completed;
• continued service is not commercially or legally practical.

You may stop using coinfiliate at any time.

Account termination may result in loss of access to Pending Rewards, referral data, offer history, and account features.

coinfiliate may review, restrict, or close accounts that have been inactive for 12 months or more, subject to prior notice where required by law.

Account inactivity does not extend any reward claim, confirmation, payout, wallet correction, or verification deadline stated elsewhere in these Terms.

coinfiliate may retain certain records after account closure where required for legal, accounting, tax, fraud prevention, or compliance purposes.

We may update these Terms from time to time.

If changes are material, we may notify you through the website, Extension, email, account notice, or another reasonable method.

Continued use of coinfiliate after updated Terms become effective means you accept the updated Terms.

If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using coinfiliate.

Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or restricted under the laws applicable to you.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and, where applicable, the laws of Dubai, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country require otherwise.

Any dispute shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation.

If no resolution is reached, the dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of Dubai, UAE, unless another forum is required by applicable law.
